Having grown up with mostly other vampires, he still holds some of their cultural beliefs - namely that non-vampires are inferior and humans are prey.Vincent excelled in highschool and enrolled in SUCC on a hockey scholarship. In the early 2000s he moved to the USA as he was in love with an American woman; unfortunately, the relationship ended badly though Richard decided to stay in the US to teach.He ultimately ended up moving into teaching at colleges, becoming a respected professor of Sociology. He is now head of the Humanities department at S.U.C.C.Sociology 101 professor.Has a cat called Diana.
Richard is widely regarded as an excellent professor, though his students tend to fear him.He has a zero tolerance policy for cheating and plagiarism.
